Jekapade is free for free events! You can create unlimited free events with up to 100 attendees at no cost. For paid events, we charge a small percentage per ticket sold (4-5% depending on your plan) with no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.

What payment methods do you support?

We support multiple payment providers including Stripe for international payments and Paystack for African markets. Your attendees can pay with credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money depending on their location.

How does the QR code check-in work?

Each ticket comes with a unique QR code. On event day, simply use your phone or tablet to scan the codes at the door. The system instantly validates tickets and marks attendees as checked in. You can see real-time attendance in your dashboard.

Can I customize my event page?

Yes! You can add your event description, images, location details, and customize ticket tiers. Pro users get additional branding options including custom colors and the ability to remove Jekapade branding from their event pages.
